Joe Ricketts is a successful entrepreneur who started and built Ameritrade, now TDAmeritrade. It is his dream to have the Opportunity Education students complete the equivalent of a US twelfth grade education and have the opportunity of attending college in the United States or Europe, before returning home to help the developing process of their respective countries. Opportunity Education is one of his charitable dreams.
